As an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Society of Talking Therapies, I bring extensive training and many years of experience to support my clients in reaching their goals.
I use a client-centred, solution focused approach that can combine hypnotherapy and different models of psychotherapy, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapies. I work with my clients towards an enhanced self-awareness of their adaptive and maladaptive strategies. We work in a safe and non-judgemental space where clients are unconditionally regarded and can gain more confidence to explore new experiences, grow, and feel in charge.
